Coronavirus (COVID-19) Crisis
Due to the ongoing crisis,and in line with government guidelines, I am now working online (using Zoom), and via telephone. When I can return to face to face appointments, I will continue to offer online appointments as this is a more flexible option for many people.
This is an extremely difficult time. A global pandemic can feel overwhelming, with a collective sense of panic and anxiety.
The impact of this crisis spans across all areas of our life:
- mental and physical health
It is important we recognise that experiencing anxiety and stress at the moment is a normal reaction.
